We are looking to swop our house for a 40-60 ft catamaran in the Mediterranean for a period of 3-6 months starting in April 2020.
Our 4 bedroom house is situated in a secure wildlife waterfront estate in South Africa. Included is a vehicle, maid & gardener. The house is fully furnished and air conditioned with a swimming pool.
The Estate also has a gym, restaurant, tennis courts, squash court, salon.

We have previous sailing experience in Greece and the South African coastline.
